  1. Consultation visits and impressions: Firstly, you will visit your dentist to discuss the options for in chair whitening to see if you would be suitable for whitening. Impressions can be taken during consultation appointment to use for at home use after your in-chair whitening session.

  2. In chair whitening appointment: With in chair whitening, you would need to get an appointment booked in for 90 minutes. During this appointment an initial shade of your current teeth will be taken, a protective barrier will be applied onto your gums to ensure safe treatment and Phillips Zoom! Whitening gel will be applied evenly to your teeth. The dentist will expose your teeth to the UV (ultra violet) lamp which is used in 15-minute cycles. You will be required to wear protective orange glasses to protect your eyes against the UV light. After each 15-minute cycle the gel is washed off and reapplied. The process is completed in 90 minutes.

  3. At-home maintenance: To be able to sustain the whitening results, with the trays we have made for you, you can purchase Phillips Zoom! Gel from us which can be used at your own leisure to maintain your bright smile.
