Cancellation Policy

If your appointment becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it, if you give us 2 business days’ notice. This gives us an opportunity to re-allocate the time to another patient, who may be in need of urgent care. Failure to provide us with this advanced notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation/no show fee, at a pro-rata rate of £90.00.
