  1. Consultation visits and impressions: Initially, visit your dentist to discuss options for whitening to determine whether your teeth are suitable for the whitening process. If your dentist advises that you are suitable for whitening, Impressions of your upper and lower jaw can be taken (if you would like upper and lower trays).

  2. Collecting whitening trays: Once your whitening trays have been made you will be contacted to come in and try your whitening trays in. Instructions on how to whiten will be given and foods and drinks to avoid will be explained. You will be given 3 Phillip Zoom! whitening gel syringes to use. After this whitening gels can be purchased on site at abbey dental for the cost of £25.00.

  3. You will be given a cleaning brush and some sensitive tooth paste along with your instructions in your whitening bag upon collection.
